Huzzah! Your Guide to the 2026 Arizona Renaissance Festival
Step back in time at the 38th annual Arizona Renaissance Festival, where the desert landscape of Gold Canyon transforms into a sprawling 50-acre medieval escape. This isn’t just a fair; it’s a non-stop adventure that combines a 16-stage theater, a massive circus, and a world-class open-air Artisan Market into one giant celebration.
The festival runs every Saturday and Sunday from January 31 through March 29, 2026, including Presidents’ Day on Monday, February 16. From 10 am to 6 pm, you can wander through the Village of Fairhaven where history comes alive with immersive entertainment, valiant jousting knights on horseback, majestic falconry, beautiful mermaids, and even friendly dragons.
Dress the Part
One of the best ways to immerse yourself in the experience is to come dressed in costume. You are welcome to come dressed in your own garb, but if you don’t have a medieval outfit, you can visit the Belrose Costume Shop located right behind the box office prior to entrance. They offer a variety of rentals with adult prices ranging from $35 to $65 and child rentals from $15 to $25.
If you are bringing your own gear, please keep safety in mind. Costume prop swords, daggers, and non-functioning prop weapons are permitted as long as they are properly sheathed and peace tied by safety services personnel at the main entrance. They must remain sheathed during your visit.

New for 2026 and Special Events
The 2026 season introduces fresh entertainment and themed weekends to ensure a new experience every visit. For those looking for an upgraded adventure, you can join The Hops!! Pub Crawl or book a seat at The Pleasure Feast, a five-course medieval banquet featuring live entertainment. You can find the full 2026 schedule of events and themed weekend details at arizona.renfestinfo.com.
Planning Your Adventure
To make the most of your trip, consider grabbing your tickets in advance. You can find discount tickets at any Bashas’ or Food City store statewide for $35 for adults and $23 for children (ages 5 to 12). If you prefer to buy them online at arizona.renfestinfo.com or at the gate, the price is $36 for adults and $24 for children. As always, the little ones aged 4 and under are free.
If you are traveling with a big crew, group rates are available for orders of 15 or more, and the organizer automatically receives a free ticket with the minimum order.

Perks for Seniors and Military
The festival offers extra appreciation for our seniors and military members. If you are 60 or older or a member of the military, present your I.D. at the onsite ticket office to receive a voucher for a complimentary soda, iced tea, or bottled water at the festival kitchens.
