Last month Rawhide was home to the Better Together music festival. This electronic music festival was hosted and organized by Relentless Beats. The Event headliners included DJs like Tiesto, Disclosure, Carl Cox, Black Coffee, Fisher, Kaytranada, Bonobo, and others. This year was the inception of the Better Together festival from Relentless Beats. The event was successful as Relentless Beats plans to host it again next year.
The first night of the event was jam-packed with outstanding performances, from Disclosure’s fresh yet nostalgic DJ set to Tiesto’s laser-filled finish to the night. By the time Whomadewho took to the stage the festival grounds were already swarming with enthusiastic partygoers. The crowd was filled with energy and only got more lively as the night progressed. A standout moment for me was when Disclosure played Latch, at times you could barely hear the original song over the crowd. The night finally came to a close with Tiesto. He concluded the night with a flashy and high-energy performance that kept the crowded venue moving till the night ended.
Better Together had a great start that excited us for what would come on the second night. Fortunately, the festival kept building momentum with DJs like Channel Tres and Bonobo who raised the energy early in the second night. That trend continued with Kaytranada, whose set had the crowd going wild. The next performance by Black Coffee’s performance hit us like a shot of espresso, keeping us energized for the rest of the night. It all came to a close with Fisher. The highlight of the second night had to be Fisher. He wrapped up the weekend with a boisterous performance filled with energy only Fisher could achieve.
