America’s Air Show 2025 takes place September 26–28 at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, celebrating the 250th birthday of the United States Marine Corps. This free, family-friendly event is more than an air show — it’s a celebration of people, planes, and power.
Welcome to MCAS Miramar
Since 1997, tens of thousands of Marines and Sailors have trained and worked at MCAS Miramar, home of the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing and I Marine Expeditionary Force.
The air show is about more than fast jets and high-tech equipment. It highlights the people who make it all possible — Marines, Sailors, and their families — united under the themes of People, Planes, and Power.
As the Marine Corps prepares to mark its 250th birthday on November 10, the show honors a proud tradition of resilience, innovation, and service.
What to Expect
Get ready for three days of thrills in the air and on the ground:
- The U.S. Navy Blue Angels – world-famous for precision flying
- Marine Air-Ground Task Force demonstration – see Marines in action on land and in the air
- Civilian and military performances – state-of-the-art fighter jets, support aircraft, and vintage warbirds
- Static displays and exhibits – meet service members, explore the technology, and hear their stories
